Responsibilities
Test new platform features end to end across frontend, backend, APIs, and third-party integrations. Perform regression testing before releases and production smoke testing following each release. Investigate defects using application logs, API responses, browser network traffic, and other diagnostic tools. Create clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports with relevant evidence and technical context. Act as the first point of contact for quality-related requests from Monetization, Finance, and Product Tech teams. Reproduce reported issues, assess their severity and impact, and escalate findings with clear supporting facts. Collaborate with the Automation QA team to identify test cases and scenarios suitable for automation.
