Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, maintain, configure, patch, and troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, endpoints, and client environments; Resolve complex L2/L3 infrastructure and systems issues; Manage endpoint environments through discovery, monitoring, configuration assessment, software deployment, patch management, compliance activities, vulnerability remediation, and troubleshooting; Monitor and maintain endpoint and enterprise security platforms while supporting security hardening, endpoint investigations, incident response, and technical remediation; Work with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, ITDR, DNS filtering, application whitelisting, vulnerability management, and other security platforms; Use RMM and PSA platforms to monitor and manage client environments and maintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, procedures, and standard operating practices; Develop and optimize automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting technologies to reduce repetitive tasks and improve service delivery; Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients when escalated or specialized technical support is required; Serve as a technical escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 teams, troubleshoot advanced issues, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technical procedures and best practices; Participate in scheduled after-hours, overnight, on-call, or rotating support as required within the assigned client or service timezone; Respond to critical incidents according to established escalation procedures and contribute to reliable 24/7 IT service delivery.
