Lead month-end close process including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting; Oversee core accounting functions including revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany, payroll, AP/AR, and fixed assets; Review and manage preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages; Perform balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses; Manage treasury activities including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity optimization; Partner with Supply Chain to improve inventory controls, reporting, and forecasting; Develop and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and documentation; Identify and implement process improvements and automation; Manage, mentor, and develop staff accountants; Support external audits and readiness for public reporting requirements
