Lead discovery activities to define future-state DOI processes; Design end-to-end business processes for declarations, approvals, reviews, attestations, escalations and reporting; Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across People & Culture, Risk, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Research and Technology teams; Gather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements; Define data, reporting and integration requirements to support Workday implementation; Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and business documentation; Support solution design, testing and implementation readiness activities; Ensure the future DOI process aligns with governance, compliance, privacy and audit requirements
