Monitor and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 services across identity, networking, compute, storage, collaboration, and governance; Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, recurring problems, and performance issues; Implement approved infrastructure and configuration changes; Maintain accurate configuration records and support release and service-management activities; Perform assigned backup, recovery, access management, health-check, and capacity-management activities; Create, maintain, and improve technical runbooks, knowledge articles, dashboards, and operational reports; Support troubleshooting across identity, network, endpoint, and application service layers; Coordinate with vendors and other technology partners on operational issues
