Responsibilities
Engineer and support enterprise non-human identity solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Develop and maintain automated processes for provisioning, credential rotation, and deprovisioning of service accounts. Configure and deploy privileged access controls using PAM and secrets management technologies. Integrate identity controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, authorization, and credential-related issues. Monitor non-human identity activity and investigate suspicious authentication events. Conduct access reviews to ensure least-privilege principles. Create operational runbooks and technical documentation. Partner with Security Operations and Incident Response teams during investigations.
