Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise for customer API user groups and resolve customer issues. Manage change requests and assess them against contract scope. Deploy and sustain applications in AWS with an emphasis on scalability, security, resilience, and cost efficiency. Integrate cloud-native services, databases, and application components across distributed environments. Apply software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle, including code reviews, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with systems engineers, cloud engineers, cyber teams, and mission stakeholders to define requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Work daily with customers to understand operational needs, gather feedback, and refine application functionality. Prepare architectural designs, implementation plans, and technical roadmaps aligned with organizational and mission objectives. Create and maintain technical documentation for system design, application architecture, deployment procedures, and sustainment activities. Deliver presentations and technical briefings to stakeholders, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable information. Support multiple mission areas and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic operational setting.
