Responsibilities
Develop, support, and manage the FRACAS process for specific communications products; Identify failure patterns in low-volume electronics environments; Perform FRACAS activities, root cause analysis, and investigations; Direct investigations to determine root causes of failures across design, production, and field returns; Present recommendations to the Failure Review Board; Determine resolutions and corrective actions for system failures; Coordinate issue resolution with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs, Material Control, and Quality teams; Review fault isolation and troubleshooting procedures; Perform functional testing and troubleshooting on assigned equipment; Maintain the FRACAS database and prepare management/customer reports; Prepare detailed repair reports for MRO and warranty return units.
