Design and maintain relational database models, schemas, tables, indexes, and views; Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions; Build ETL processes for Medicaid claims, provider, eligibility, and encounter data; Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance issues, and production incidents; Implement data validation, error handling, and audit controls; Investigate and resolve CMS reporting errors and DQ Atlas findings; Support audits, PERM reviews, and federal certification activities.
