Responsibilities

Support governance for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, lead tactical activities, and advance strategic program objectives. Manage JIRA epics, sub-epics, features, backlogs, user stories, tasks, subtasks, workflows, boards, dashboards, and custom fields. Assess and help resolve issues, risks, and opportunities; track scope changes and administer change-control processes. Maintain program-level CRAID logs covering change requests, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions. Gather and review metrics for major and production releases. Support quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning by preparing product teams and coordinating logistics, breakout sessions, presentations, and workshops. Manage integration points between ERP modules and legacy or third-party systems. Consolidate product-line iteration reviews into product-group reviews and retrospectives. Coordinate product-team activities and track scope, timelines, and release management. Coordinate release work, including cutover, testing cycles, training programs, and data readiness. Resolve dependencies with product managers and foundational product teams, and bring blockers to the appropriate governance forums. Facilitate lessons learned and transition projects to steady-state support and operations. Lead SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, support enhancements, S/4HANA migrations, module deployments, and integration initiatives from start to finish. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers. Manage project governance, including status reports, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change management. Improve project management practices, JIRA usage standards, and reporting templates.
