Responsibilities
Partner with management on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management; Coordinate recruitment processes aligned with Employment Equity objectives; Support implementation of Employment Equity and transformation plans; Advise managers on disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance issues; Support labour dispute matters (CCMA, Bargaining Council, Labour Court); Ensure consistent application of labour legislation and policies; Drive performance management and development planning; Support organisational restructuring and change management; Conduct Human Capital audits and risk assessments; Maintain employee records and assist with payroll queries; Prepare and analyse Human Capital reports and metrics; Provide insights on turnover, succession planning, and workforce trends; Support leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
