Lead, coach, and develop a national collections team; Drive collection strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize overdue debt; Manage and oversee collection activities across a large and diverse customer portfolio; Monitor collection performance, reporting, and KPIs; Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues; Manage key customer accounts and negotiate payment arrangements; Review and manage accounts exceeding approved credit limits; Support workforce planning, recruitment, training, and succession planning.
