Responsibilities
Own and manage enterprise change intake, unified backlog, quarterly planning, and capacity planning; Lead release readiness activities including CAB reviews, UAT governance, go/no-go decisions, and cutover planning; Design and deliver role-based enablement programs and training materials; Create clear communications including change notes and executive summaries; Link releases to business outcomes by measuring adoption, productivity, cost, and risk KPIs; Partner with Compliance, Security, and business leaders to ensure adherence to governance frameworks; Maintain executive scorecards, playbooks, and enterprise change standards
