Responsibilities
Configure WFM system components (pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, schedules, security roles, workflows, alerts, automation rules); Design and implement AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions; Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IT stakeholders; Support integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise systems (HRIS, payroll, identity management, data platforms, reporting tools, middleware); Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and payroll-impacting incidents; Lead or support system upgrades, release testing, regression testing, patch validation, and change management; Create and maintain dashboards, reports, extracts, queries, and analytics; Document configurations, technical designs, support procedures, testing evidence, runbooks, and automation logic; Identify opportunities to modernize WFM processes through AI, robotic process automation, workflow automation, self-service, exception management, and predictive analytics
