Conduct deep technical discovery across client networks, identity, and applications; build complete client documentation including assets, runbooks, and diagrams; deploy and configure RMM agents, patching standards, and antivirus; set up PSA records, workflows, and ticket templates; install and validate network monitoring tools; review and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra tenant settings; prepare handoff packages and brief support teams; support escalated issues for existing clients; contribute to migrations and security baseline projects; improve onboarding automation and mentor helpdesk staff
