Manage intake, review, verification, dispensing, and distribution of high-cost advanced therapies; Serve as designated PIC ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and accreditation standards; Maintain licenses, permits, and records for lawful operation; Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits; Develop and enforce operational and clinical policies; Monitor workflow, staffing, and quality metrics; Achieve business goals including financial and compliance measures; Manage fiscal activities including budgeting and expense optimization; Partner with operations, supply chain, legal, and technology teams; Oversee inventory practices and medication security; Ensure staff licensure, training, and competency; Manage associate relations including hiring, scheduling, and performance management; Provide clinical oversight and patient counseling; Support continuum of care coordination; Establish culture of compliance and continuous improvement; Consult leadership on operational strategy and risk; Implement new programs and systems for growth and audit readiness
